In accordance with the Constitution and Rules of Meeting of CityUHK Convocation, nominations were invited on 28 October 2025 for one place of Chairman, four places of Vice-Chairmen and ten places of other Members for the Tenth Standing Committee of the Convocation.

I am pleased to announce that by the closing time for nominations, 5:00pm on 19 November 2025, the following validated nominations have been received (listed in the sequence of office categories and according to the alphabetical order of the candidates' surnames): 

As the number of nominations does not exceed the number of vacancies, in accordance with Section 35 of Rules of Meeting, no voting shall be necessary. The candidates so nominated shall then be deemed to be elected automatically as it was uncontested.

In accordance with Section 25.2 of the Constitution, the Chairman of the Ninth Standing Committee will be a member of the Tenth Standing Committee in his capacity as Immediate Past Chairman of the Convocation.
