Further to the Notice issued to you on 27 May 2021, I would like to inform you of the Agenda for the upcoming SGM to be held on Friday, 25 June 2021 at 7:30pm at Lecture Theatres 4, 6 and 8, 4/F, Yeung Kin Man Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong, 83 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong:-


Agenda

     
1.
 		   Confirmation of postponement of the Annual General Meeting 2020; and
 
2.

 		   To consider and approve (i) the proposed amendments to the Constitution of CityU Convocation pursuant to Section 52 of the Constitution; and (ii) the proposed amendments to the Rules of Meeting of CityU Convocation pursuant to Section 45 of the Rules of Meeting, respectively (collectively the “Proposed Amendments”).
