THE CONVOCATION OF CITY UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG
NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Special General Meeting (SGM) of the CityU Convocation will be held on 25 June 2021 (Friday) at 7:30pm at Lecture Theatres 4, 6 and 8, 4/F, Yeung Kin Man Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong. In compliance with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (Cap. 599G) and the University social distance measures, members wishing to attend the meeting are required to register online before 18 June 2021 to facilitate venue arrangements. Members will not be allowed to enter into the meeting venue if no prior registration has been done.

1. Confirmation of postponement of the Annual General Meeting 2020
Members desiring to bring forth any business for discussion at SGM should forward the motions in writing to the Secretary of the Convocation by 5:00pm on 8 June 2021.
