CityUHK Convocation successfully hosted the Alumni @ Chill Club Gathering on 9 and 16 July 2026, drawing over 60 alumni participants across the two-part experiential workshop series filled with creativity, reflection, and reconnection.

The event invited four alumni professionals, including Mr Gabriel Ho, Chairman of CityUHK Convocation & Horticultural Therapist, Ms Morgan Fan, Social Worker, Ms Beatrice Tam, Counsellor, and Mr Isaac Yeung, Standing Committee Member of CityUHK Convocation & Developmental Transformations (DvT) Practitioner. Drawing on their extensive professional experience, the speakers shared their insights in Horticultural Therapy, Expressive Arts, Emotional Decoding and Developmental Transformations.

On 9 July, alumni participants enjoyed horticultural and arts activities, including creating their own hot pads with bean and herb and designing personalized name cards.

On 16 July, alumni participants received a practical “Emotional First-Aid Kit"（情緒急救箱）” and reconnected with others through interactive theatre games.
Participants provided positive feedback on the workshops and shared that the workshops offered them an opportunity to unwind after work, deepen self-understanding, and build greater psychological resilience.
