Further to the Notice issued to you on 31 October 2023, I would like to inform you of the agenda for the upcoming AGM to be held on Tuesday, 12 December 2023 at 7:30pm at the Eminence Galaxy - Alumni Function Room, 11/F, Lau Ming Wai Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong, 83 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong :-

1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 6 December 2022
2. Chairman’s presentation of “Report for AGM” on behalf of the Eighth Standing Committee
3. To endorse the proposed meeting protocols of CityU Convocation

Members are invited to register online in advance for the AGM to facilitate arrangements. Registered attendees will be served with priority on the event day.
