Agenda and Attachments for Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 of CityU Convocation to be held on 7 December 2021
Further to the Notification issued to you on 26 October 2021, I would like to inform you of the agenda for the upcoming AGM 2021 to be held on Tuesday, 7 December 2021 at 7:30pm at the Eminence Galaxy - Alumni Function Room, 11/F, Lau Ming Wai Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong, Tat Chee Avenue, Hong Kong:
Agenda
- To confirm the minutes of the Special General Meeting and Annual General Meeting held on 25 June 2021
- Chairman's presentation of "Report for AGM" on behalf of the Seventh Standing Committee
- To propose drafting a Chinese version of the Constitution and Rules of Meeting
In compliance with the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (Cap.599G) and the University social distancing measures, members wishing to attend the meeting are required to register online by Thursday, 2 December 2021 to facilitate venue arrangements. Members will not be allowed to enter into the meeting venue if no prior registration has been done.
