In memory of Dr Tommy Tam Hok-lam, JP 

Dear colleagues, students, alumni, Council and Court members, 

We were saddened to learn that Dr Tommy Tam Hok-lam, JP (譚學林博士), member of Council’s Finance Committee and Board of Management of Community College of City University, passed away on 17 February 2014. Dr Tam joined the Finance Committee and Board of Management in 2007. The University and the committees had since benefited from his wealth of knowledge and expertise. The Council would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr Tam for his dedication, staunch support and invaluable contribution s.   

We extend our deepest condolences to Dr Tam's family.
