Invitation for Submissions on AC3 Opening Ceremony
Dear Colleagues, Students and Alumni,
The AC3 Opening Ceremony Review Group invites members of the University community to submit any evidence on the AC3 Opening Ceremony held on 6 May, 2013.
The Review Group has been established by CityU to assess the logistics, operation and security arrangement of the AC3 Opening Ceremony, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the President by the end of June 2013.
The Review Group has decided to adopt a 2-phase working approach. In the first phase, there will be a call for submission of evidence from stakeholders within the University community, including students, faculty and staff. We will also accept submissions from anyone who attended the event and would like to submit their evidence for the Review Group’s deliberation. In the second phase, the Group will invite concerned parties for interview where we can further examine the facts.
Written submissions, for the first phase, can be sent by post or e-mail. Details are as follows:

學術樓（三）啟用典禮資料收集
各位同事、同學及校友：
學術樓（三）啟用典禮檢討小組現邀請大學成員，就5月6日舉行的學術樓（三）啟用典禮提交證據。
城大早前已成立檢討小組，全面評估學術樓（三）啟用典禮的籌劃、執行及保安工作，並於6月底前向校長提交改善建議。
檢討小組決定將工作分為兩個階段。首階段，我們呼籲大學不同持分者，包括學生及教職員向小組提交證據，亦歡迎出席當天活動的其他人士提供證據予檢討小組審議；第二階段，小組會邀請相關人士或團體面談，以便進一步查明事實。
首階段的書面證據可透過郵寄或電郵方式提交，詳情如下：
