AC3 Opening Ceremony Review Group

Dear Colleagues, Students and Alumni,

Please be informed that the President, Professor Way Kuo, has on 12 May appointed a five-person Review Group to conduct a review of the AC3 Opening Ceremony held on 6 May. The Review Group Chairman is Professor Ray Yep Kin-man (Department of Public and Social Administration) and the Secretary is Dr Raymond Chan Kwok-hong (Department of Applied Social Studies). Members include Dr Cheung Chor-yung (Dean of Students), Mr K Y Wong (Director of Campus Development and Facilities Office), Mr Timothy Lee Ho-yin (President, Students’ Union), and Ms Karmen Chan Ka-man (Chairperson of the Convocation).

The terms of reference of the Review Group are to review the logistics, operation and security arrangement of the AC3 Opening Ceremony held on 6 May, to identify areas for improvement, and to make recommendations to the President within 40 days after the establishment of the Group.

We thank the Review Group for their participation and all our stakeholders for their useful feedback and support to enable us to improve our campus management.

學術樓（三）啟用典禮檢討小組

各位同事、同學、校友：

就5月6日舉行的學術樓（三）啟用典禮，大學校長郭位教授已於5月12日委任一個五人小組，負責檢討當日活動的籌劃、執行及保安工作，並在40天內向校長提出改善建議。

檢討小組由公共及社會行政學系葉健民教授任主席，應用社會科學系陳國康博士任祕書。成員包括學生輔導長張楚勇博士、校園發展及設施管理處處長黃家裕先生、學生會會長李浩賢先生及城大評議會主席陳嘉雯女士。

感謝小組成員的參與及各方的意見，助大學繼續改善校園管理。
