Honorary Awards 2012

On the recommendation of the Honorary Awards Committee of the Council, the Chief Executive in his capacity as Chancellor of the University has approved the conferment of honorary degrees on the following persons in recognition of their significant contribution to learning and/or to the well-being of society:

Professor Bai Chunli (白春禮) Honorary Doctor of Science

Mr Hu Fa-kuang (胡法光) Honorary Doctor of Social Science

Dr Allan Zeman (盛智文) Honorary Doctor of Business Administration

The University will make a press announcement on the honorary degree recipients shortly.

The Ceremony for the conferment of honorary degrees in 2012 will be held on Tuesday, 13 November 2012. Further details and arrangement of the Ceremony will be announced in due course.
