The 2012 Chief Executive Candidates Environmental Policy Forum will take place in the Wei Hing Theatre, CityU on 3 March 2012 (Saturday), 8:30am - 12:30pm. For reasons of safety and crowd control, kindly take note:-
- Temporary closure of the common area outside Wei Hing Theatre from 8:45am-9:30am and 12:15pm-12:30pm.
- Only people who have successfully pre-registered prior the deadline (20 Feb) will be allowed to attend the event at Wei Hing.
- Set up of entry and security checkpoints on 6/F - entry restricted, except for CityU members with Staff / Student ID cards, and alumni with alumni card/ Hang Seng alumni credit card.
- Live TV Broadcast on U-concourse at Purple Zone and City TV (no registration required).
