Dr. Ricky Szeto Wing-fu
Executive Director, Hung Fook Tong Holdings Limited
Dr. Szeto has been Executive Director and General Manager of Hung Fook Tong Holdings Limited since 1999. Under his leadership, Hung Fook Tong has widely extended its product category and distribution network, and gained a number of awards in town. In 2007, Hung Fook Tong became the first herbal tea brand in the region of Hong Kong and Macau to receive the honour of “National Intangible Cultural Heritage” certifications by the State Council of PRC. In 2009, Hung Fook Tong gained “HKIM Brand Conscience Award 2009” & “Most Favorable Enterprise with Good Credibility 2009”. This year, he has also lead Hung Fook Tong awarding “Metro Box Magazine Prime Awards for The Best Brand Enterprise in Greater China 2011”, “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme – Manpower Developer” and “Eastweek Hong Kong Service Award 2011”.
Dr. Szeto was awarded as “Capital Leaders of Excellence 2007 Awards”, “2008 Top Ten Chinese Enterprise Creative Leader” and “China Social Responsibility Entrepreneur 2008”. This year, he is one of the award winners for "10 Most Inspiring Dads" at The 9th Parents' Journal. Apart from his success as an entrepreneur, he also serves as Associate Professor and Head (Admin) of Department of Business Administration of Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He is the Distinguished Researcher of the Institute of International Economics of Peking University whose major research interests include people management, leadership studies, corporate governance, organizational culture and climates, and business ethics. He had published numerous research articles in reputable international journals, and also management textbooks.
Dr. Szeto received his PhD from University of Southern Mississippi, and DBA from Bulacan State University. He is Chairman of Hong Kong Professional and Educational Service , Governing Member of Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) Committee and Subject Specialist of HK Council for Academic Accreditation.

鴻福堂集團執行董事
司徒博士自1999年起出任鴻福堂集團執行董事一職。在他的領導下，鴻福堂旗下的產品日趨多元化，銷售網絡不斷擴充。他亦帶領集團取得多項企業成就獎項。2007年，鴻福堂成為首家獲得中國國務院「國家級非物質文化遺產」秘方及專用術語認證的港澳企業。2009年，集團榮獲「香港市務學會良心品牌大獎2009」、「香港名牌金獎品牌」等獎項。最近更榮獲「都市盛世雜誌大中華超卓商譽品牌獎2011」、「僱員再培訓局ERB人才企業嘉許計劃」及「東周刊香港服務大獎2011」等，其卓越成就均被一致肯定。
司徒博士個人榮獲多項殊榮，包括「2007資本傑出領袖大獎」，於2008年獲頒「第八屆中國企業最具創新力十大領軍人物」及「中國最具社會責任感企業家」。最近更榮獲《育兒天地》雜誌選為「2010年十大最具感染力父親」。他除了是位成功企業家，同時亦是香港樹仁大學工商管理學系系主任（行政）及副教授，北京大學國際經濟學院特約研究員。他的學術研究範圍主要為人力資源管理、領導才能、組織文化及生態、企業管治及商業道德。他所撰寫的數十篇研究文章曾經刊載於國際學術期刊，並著有數本管理書籍。
司徒博士為美國南密西西比州大學教育管理系博士及普立勤大學管理學博士，並身兼香港專業人才服務機構主席、社區投資共享基金委員會委員及香港學術評審局的學術專家。
