Dear Alumni,

The Convocation is committed to promoting social responsibility. Here is a chance for you to get involved in community service. Alumni are cordially invited to join the voluntary work of the Community Chest as collection point supervisors for its Flag Day on 19 November 2011 (Saturday). Donations raised on the Flag Day will be allocated to the Chest’s 150 member agencies to provide a wide range of social services to the needy. Please see the details below.

Event: The Community Chest Flag Day

Date: 19 November 2011 (Saturday)  

Time: 9:15am – 1pm (approximately) (A briefing may be held a few days before the event day after office hour at around 6:30pm or 7pm)

Duty: As collection point supervisors to supervise the collection of donation bags at designated banks on the event day
