All are Welcome1

Mr. Albert Ho is the Chairman of the Democratic Party—the largest opposition party in Hong Kong’s legislature. Mr. Ho is a lawyer by profession and has participated in Hong Kong’s democratic movement for decades. He was instrumental in striking a compromised deal with Beijing in the recent constitutional reform in Hong Kong. Supporters of the deal hailed it as a step forward for democracy but critics, including many democrats, said it was a betrayal.

1 We would like to invite a group of residents/students/alumni to sit on the stage to directly ask Mr. Ho questions or comment on his views in each of the three above-mentioned topics during the Dialogue. If you are interested in being a member of this group, please send a message with your name, contact number and email address to the Residence Master of Alumni Civility Hall at scccy@cityu.edu.hk at your earliest convenience.
