Dear alumni,
The Convocation cordially invites CityU alumni to join its 3rd hiking activity on 22 March 2015, Sunday at 2pm. You, your family members and friends are welcome to join (a maximum of three for each group). While you will network with fellow alumni and make new friends, you will experience a fun, nice and scenic hike!

| Insurance Coverage |
The Convocation has arranged an insurance coverage of HK$200,000, plus HK$3,000 on accidental medical expenses for participants. Please arrange your own insurance if needed.

The activity will be automatically cancelled if one of the following adverse weather conditions occurs at 11am or thereafter on the event day:
- Amber/Red/Black Rainstorm
- Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 or above
