Dear alumni,
Fancy for an outdoor hiking activity to embrace the natural breeze and sunlight of April? Here comes the chance for a healthy walk and to meet friends of the CityU community!
The Convocation cordially invites CityU alumni to join a hiking activity on 27 April, Sunday at 2pm. We are pleased to have the support of experienced alumni hikers to lead us and introduce the sceneries, historical landmark and specialties along the trail. No matter you are a local alumnus or come from other cities, you are welcome to join. While you will network with fellow alumni or make new friends, you will experience a fun, nice and scenic hike!
The trail is easy and relaxing, and is full of scenic photo opportunities. Programme details as follows:

2:00pm Gather (Please be punctual)

2:10pm Take a bus to Siu Sai Wan (Island Resort)
杏花村乘坐巴士到小西灣(藍灣半島)

2:30pm Hiking - Approx. 2.5 hours including scenery viewing
(Reference: 1.5 hours to complete the trail in general)
行山-需時約2.5小時 ，包括駐足瀏覽

5:00pm Take mini-bus from Tai Long Wan to Shau Kei Wan
大浪灣坐紅色小巴返抵筲箕灣

(Alumni can try local snacks on Shau Kei Wan Street)

Insurance Coverage
|
The Convocation has arranged an insurance coverage of HK$200,000, plus HK$3,000 on accidental medical expenses for participants. Please arrange your own insurance if needed.
評議會已安排港幣二十萬圓的平安保險及港幣三千圓的意外醫療保險給參加者。如有需要，請自行安排其他保險事宜。

Adverse Weather Arrangement
|
The activity will be automatically cancelled if one of the following adverse weather occurs at 9am or thereafter on the event day:
· Amber/Red/Black Rainstorm
· Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1 or above is issued
如活動當天早上九時或以後遇上以下其中一項惡劣天氣，活動將會自動取消：
· 黃色暴雨警告 / 紅色暴雨警告 / 黑色暴雨警告訊號
· 一號或以上颱風訊號
