Dear Alumni,

The AC3 Opening Ceremony Review Group, upon reviewing the evidence and related documents collected, and going through an all-rounded deliberation stage, has completed its entire review process. 

The Review Group submitted its report to the University on 12 July, presenting with a total of 13 recommendations for improvement on campus management.

As a member of the Review Group, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the students, alumni and all parties who have offered their invaluable feedback to the Review Group.  Their concerted support is indispensable for ensuring a smooth review process.  May I also thank the University for inviting me to serve on the Panel, thus the views of the alumni can be put forward to the Review Group.

The Convocation is dedicated to connecting our alumni with the University and we encourage you to continuously show concern to our alma mater for better development of the University.

各位校友：

學術樓(三)啟用典禮檢討小組經過搜集及檢視有關啟用典禮的相關資料後，順利完成檢討工作。

檢討小組已於七月十二日正式向大學提交報告，並提交了多達13項改善校園管理的建議。

作為檢討小組委員會成員之一，本人衷心感謝同學們、校友們以及各方的積極參與及協助，使檢討工作得以順利完成。同時藉此感謝校方邀請本人擔任檢討小組成員，讓校友們的意見得以轉達至檢討小組。

評議會致力成為校友與大學溝通的一道橋樑，並鼓勵大家繼續向評議會表達對母校的關注，一同攜手支持大學發展。
