Whether you are parenting a toddler, a teenager or an adult, good communication helps build trust and respect and minimises conflicts. Leading the discussion are alumnus Mr Tik Chi-yuen（狄志遠先生）, BBS, JP, Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Family Education, and Ms Candy Chea （車淑梅女士）, veteran social broadcaster, journalist and public speaker. Chairing the forum is Ms Dilys Chau（周雪鳳女士）, recipient of the CityU Distinguished Alumni Award and Honorary Treasurer of CityU Eminence Society.
