Themed CityU Family Blossoms in United Colours, CityU Homecoming Gala (28 October) has received enthusiastic feedback since the Alumni Relations Office (ARO) announced registration about its Kick-off Ceremony in June. Online registration for other fun programmes will open on 1 August. Do ensure your place by enrolling fast by then! Other than the Kick-off Ceremony featuring an address by University President Professor Way Kuo (郭位教授); singing performances by our alumni celebrities Andy Leung (梁釗峰) @ C AllStar (BBA in Marketing) and Sita Chan (陳僖儀) (BA English for Professional Communication), the Gala includes sports activities, international food festival, guided campus tour, photo-taking marshals, reunion lunch and dinner, game booths, fun learning classes and film show. Those registering for the Kick-off Ceremony will be entered in a lucky draw to be conducted at the event. Prizes include EPSA Zero Gravity Stretch Massage Chair, iPhone 4S, new iPad Wi-Fi, Acer monitor, dinner vouchers at fine-dining restaurants and more! Besides, over 200 lucky bags with attractive gifts will be available at the Ceremony for participants. Distribution of the lucky bag coupons (over 200) and luggage tags specially designed by ARO (until stocks last) will start at 2:00pm on site, first-come-first-served.
