Further to the Notice issued to you on 14 November 2014, I would like to inform you of the agenda for the upcoming AGM to be held on Friday, 12 December 2014 at 7:30pm at the Eminence Galaxy - Alumni Function Room, 11/F, Academic 3, City University of Hong Kong:-

Agenda

1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 17 December 2013
2. Chairman's presentation of "Report for AGM" on behalf of the Fourth Standing Committee
3. Item for discussion - Fourth Standing Committee's recommendation to remove in the Rules of Meeting the requirement of newspaper advertisement for Annual or Special General Meeting

Members are earnestly invited to register online in advance for the AGM at http://convocation.cityu.edu.hk/agm2014/registration to facilitate arrangements. Registered attendees will be served at the priority counter on the event day.
