As the number of nominations is equal to the number of vacancies, in accordance with Section 35 of Rules of Meeting, no voting shall be necessary. The candidates so nominated shall then be deemed to be elected automatically.

In accordance with Section 25.2 of the Constitution, Miss Karmen Chan, Chairman of the Third Standing Committee, will be a member of the Fourth Standing Committee in her capacity as the immediate past Chairman of the Convocation.

The upcoming Annual General Meeting 2013 (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 17 December 2013 at 7:30pm at the Wei Hing Theatre on campus.

Members are earnestly invited to register online in advance at http://convocation.cityu.edu.hk/agm2013/registration for the AGM to facilitate arrangements. Convocation members who have registered online will be served at the priority counter on the event day.

The Secretary of Convocation will send the agenda and related information to members via email and notice on website by Tuesday, 10 December 2013.
