Further to the Notice issued to you on 5 November 2013, I would like to inform you of the agenda for the upcoming AGM to be held on Tuesday, 17 December 2013 at 7:30pm at the Wei Hing Theatre, City University of Hong Kong:-

1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 12 December 2012   
2. Chairman’s presentation of “Report for AGM” on behalf of the Third Standing Committee

Members are earnestly invited to register online in advance for the AGM at http://convocation.cityu.edu.hk/agm2013/registration to facilitate arrangements. Registered attendees will be served at the priority counter on the event day.
